A copy of original invoice along with the Return Authority Number is to be returned with the product.
Products are to be returned at customer's expense except in the case of products wrongly invoiced by
Geminex Totally Workwear. In this case Geminex Totally Workwear will advise of our freight company details.
Geminex Totally Workwear reserves the right to accept or deny return of product that is wrongly ordered by the customer. Products accepted for return that were ordered wrongly by the customer will attract a 20% handling charge.
Claims for short supply must be advised within 21 days of invoice date.
Geminex Totally Workwear will accept goods returned for claim on behalf of the manufacturer, however, no liability is accepted by Geminex Totally Workwear for returned goods until the claim is approved by the manufacturer of the product(s)
Products returned to Geminex Totally Workwear without prior approval on a Return Authority Number will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
